Legal department was rude and all I was told was to go in to an office and sign a bank release form. Was told that bank release form wouldn’t be faxed over to me for me to sign even though I explained that I didn’t have a way to get to the location without any cash because grand furnitire put a hold on my personal bank account.

So was told that i would have to find a way so I had to ask around for some gas money all day at work so I could make it to pick up my child from daycare and find the closest grand furniture location. Went into location the store employees were very understanding and nice however the corporate office is trash.
